Shiatsu is a system of bodywork from Japan that uses finger pressure and manual stretching techniques to stimulate specific acupressure points. Tui Na can increase range of motion in stiff or damaged joints, reduce musculoskeletal pain, and restore the body to its natural state of balance by stimulating the internal healing mechanisms.
